"You cancelled both my bookings this morning at 5.05am so i woke up to no cars and 9 people stranded at 7.00am this morning. Disgraceful. My money has not been refunded yet either. I did receive a £5 voucher for the inconvenience?!? Terrible service all round, and i wish to complain in the strongest of terms"
